On January 2, 2024 chorus line “Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus” kept repeating in my heart as I awoke. Instead of precious I kept hearing and saying “mighty.” I knew it was not the original lyrics but the right word was not coming to mind at the time.

I had the feeling that Mighty Jesus is shaking the earth in 2024. I decided to go to the concordance in my physical Bible and search “mighty.” It is not an extensive concordance because it’s a regular Bible. As I looked through the 5 or 6 passages listed, one in particular grabbed my attention. Psalm 24:8

”Who is this King of glory? The Lord, strong and mighty, the Lord, mighty in battle!“

The 24th chapter has obvious connections to this year of 2024. The passage is broken into two parts. The first part explains who can have close relationship with God. The second part is the response of God … the King of Glory showing up in a strong and mighty way.

I have not spent much time this year listening to “prophetic words of the year” but I do know a common thread has been brought up. An open door in 2024. The word for 4 in Hebrew is also door so it’s a natural connection. Psalm 24 repeats the phrase “ancient doors” in verses 7 and 9.

With the chapter number and mention of doors I’m sure many have already referenced this Psalm in relation to the new year. I just wasn’t aware of it.

I will echo His word: the strong and mighty is walking through doors opened by intimate relationship with the King of Glory. 

As we move into the year 2024, I have felt in my spirit that the 24 elders are important to look at. I’ve been led to study who they are, what they are doing, what they are saying and who they are with.

I believe this is a time that we are being called into maturity, purity, righteousness, humility, prayer, worship, rulership, and above all else, close proximity to Jesus. I believe this proximity to the Lamb, who is slain before the foundations of the earth is what dictates the characteristics of the 24 elders. They cannot help but fall down and worship, crying, “Holy, holy, holy, worthy is the Lamb!”

They have seen and experienced too much of the eternal presence and power of God Almighty, to not respond in awe and wonder.  While they have been rewarded for their faithfulness to Jesus, the realization of who He is compels them to forsake those rewards, and instead give everything they have, all of the praise, all of the worship back to Jesus.

This is the place and the posture we are being beckoned towards in 2024. May we throw ourselves at the feet of Jesus forsaking the trappings of this world and become fully abandoned to the realization of how worthy He is, how glorious He is, how powerful He is.

And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. Before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back. And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying: “We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, The One who is and who was and who is to come, Because You have taken Your great power and reigned. The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great, And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”

Revelation 19

Her smoke rises up forever and ever!” And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, “Amen! Alleluia!”

I awoke on July 4th, 2023 in the middle of the night. After a trip to the bathroom I checked the time and it was 2:02 am. Recently, it has been a season of twos or confluence tying back into a prophetic journey that began in 2020 (A story for another time). Lying in bed unable to go to sleep I began praying for America. I heard the Lord speaking of America the Beautiful. He was saying that she is still beautiful in His eyes. He still has great purpose for the nation and He is honoring all the righteous prayers, acts and faith of the generations of this Land.

Eventually, I came down stairs and saw the moon shining brightly in our sunroom. I looked up information on the full moon and found out that it started on July 3rd and lasts through the 5th. I also learned it is the first in a series of 4 super moons in a row and this month’s version is known as the Buck Moon. The name comes from buck deer reaching the height of their maturity at this time of year.

When I came down I felt I needed to look up the history of the America the Beautiful song. I learned it was originally penned 130 years ago as a poem by 33 year old Katharine Bates as she traveled across America.

“On the pinnacle of Pike’s Peak, the words of the poem started to come to her, and she wrote them down upon returning to her hotel room at the original Antlers Hotel. The poem was initially published two years later in The Congregationalist to commemorate the Fourth of July”

The original music was written by Samuel Ward in 1882 and the song with Bates’ lyrics and Ward’s music was first published 113 years ago in 1910.

Buck Antlers & A Time of Growth

The Buck Moon and the song written at Antlers Hotel bring our attention to what I believe is a season of growth for America. A buck's antlers are in full-growth mode at this time of year it signifies a change that is happening. Growth does not mean perfection but it can include perfecting. As a line in the song goes, "God mend thine every flaw." One definition of growth is the process of increasing in amount, value or importance. It is not over in America. God has more for this nation and the initial calling and covenant that we have with Him is still in affect. An important work is being done in our country and it is being carried out by God Himself.

When Robert Hunt landed in Virginia Beach in 1607, he planted a cross, prayed and declared this covenant over the land:

We do hereby dedicate this Land, and ourselves, to reach the People within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up Godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations, as long as this earth remains, and may this Land, along with England, be Evangelist to the World. May all who see this Cross, remember what we have done here, and may those who come here to inhabit join us in this Covenant and in this most noble work that the Holy Scriptures may be fulfilled.

Thirteen Colonies & God's Original Purpose

The number 13 has been brought to my attention recently and I believe it is a reminder of the original purpose of America. The song was authored 130 years ago. It was first widely published together with the melody when now sing 113 years ago. I'm convinced that Holy Spirit is drawing our attention to the founding of our country in 1776.

Thirteen colonies broke away from the British empire declaring life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for her people. This is America’s destiny to declare Freedom. Not just any freedom but the kind that sets the captives free. The version that leaves us free indeed. It’s the freedom found in Christ. God Almighty, the Creator and Architect of this United States of America is reminding us that He has not forgotten why we are here. It is for freedom He set us free. 

May we also remember that God makes everything beautiful in it's time. No one would have predicted what God's plans for America were when the forefathers drafted the Declaration of Independence. But the Supreme Author knew He was crafting something beautiful.

"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end."
Ecclesiastes 3:11

This is just the beginning! Occasionally I journal what I feel the Father is speaking to my heart. February 7, 2023 was one of those days — the day before the Asbury University Revival broke out after a Wednesday chapel service on the campus. Since that day the news of God encountering the students has spread across the globe. Many other college campuses and churches have begun experiencing their own outpouring, as well. On February 20, I felt the leading to journal again. By then I had forgotten that I had even journaled at all on that Tuesday morning. Despite being the one who wrote it down, I was surprised to read this:

Global outpouring -- this is what is happening. My Spirit is pouring out on all flesh. What I began I am faithful to bring to completion in you, my son; in the Earth. I do not go half way in my plan and abandon it. It has been established from the end to the beginning. Before the foundations of the Earth My Salvation was made available. This provision covers all of flesh’s deficiencies. What man could not do with all his effort, scheming and “wisdom” I have accomplished without straining in the least. 

This is not hard for Me — global revival and reformation. As Earth awaits the sons to be revealed, I am preparing the way. Willing vessels are who I seek. Ones that will lay down their desires for a much greater prize - knowing and walking with me. 

I have filled the Earth with many good things. None of them replace what I offer you personally. Do not elevate them above their place. Eyes on Me. The prize for the upward calling of Christ is much more than earthly pleasures. I love the Earth because I created it for the ones I love — you. She is being restored to her full glory as you are. Selah.

After posting this, I read Dutch Sheets’ Give Him 15 for February 21, 2023 (posted the same day as this one). It is titled “Asbury is Only the Beginng” … sounds familiar. Here is an excerpt from that post:

“What we must all remember is that this outpouring at Asbury was never intended by Holy Spirit to be the only place where revival occurs in America. What He has planned will occur all across our nation and other nations. Revival will not be confined to one organization, location, or group of people; Asbury is only a beginning. The outpouring of Holy Spirit will intensify and spread until it is a blazing fire of Holy Spirit activity throughout the land. And this will not be stopped.”

To God be glory. Great things He has done! I agree with You, Father. Pour out Your revival, awakening and restoration on us all!

When I journal "prophetically" I generally have a single thought that comes to mind. As I begin handwriting down the thoughts, it "flows out" from there. These days I write from the perspective of Father God speaking to me. I don't sit and think about what I will write. Sometimes or many times what goes down on the page challenges my thinking.

Today was one of those days. The phrase that appeared in my heart and on the page made me stop, think and question. Is this even theologically correct? Do I believe this? Is this heresy?!

Half way through my journaling I wrote: "I need you" ... you will notice there is no period. I stopped writing and the questions began. Does God really need me? I know I need Him. Isn't He all sufficient in Himself? Everything, everyone came from Him. How could He possibly need me? How can He need any one person? Doesn't he have 7,000 others He can raise up?

The other thing that kept echoing in my heart after I stopped writing was "period." On repeat I hear, "I need you ... period." It was a statement of authority and assurance despite my own wavering thoughts. I continued writing and what came next is the heart of the Father for us all. He does have need of you. Like He said to me, "Only you can do you."

September 14, 2022 Journal Entry

You are a unique representation of My nature on the Earth. What you have to offer no one else does. I do not rubber stamp My children. My infinite nature is reflected in the infinite creativity I display in My people. 

There are types but they do not restrict. Your expression of Me cannot be carried by anyone else. There are similarities but not copies.

Worry subtracts. My peace adds. Worry is chaos. Peace is order. I am putting things in place. I am asking you to trust Me. It is for your benefit.

I need you. If you do not, then who will? As I said, you are unique. Sure, someone else can do but it will be through their unique personage. Only you can do you. And I need that. I need each of My children to be who they are so we can all represent the fullness of the Kingdom.

You are more than an assignment, more than a calling, a gifting, a talent, an anointing. You are My family -- My sons and daughters. We are doing this together.

It was never an afterthought. I am intentional. You are intentional. I did not make you for what I can get out of you. You are here because I love you.

On September 8, 2022 Queen Elizabeth II died at Balmoral Castle after serving as the longest reigning monarch in England's history. Balmoral was a favorite location of hers and she spent a great deal of time there as her health deteriorated. The time and place of the Queen's death has a significant message about the shift of seasons and leadership not only in the United Kingdom but also the world as a whole.

The following information is from Wikipedia detailing how the property came into the royal family's possession.

"Queen Victoria and Prince Albert first visited Scotland in 1842, five years after her accession to the throne and two years after their marriage. During this first visit they stayed at Edinburgh, and at Taymouth Castle in Perthshire, the home of the Marquess of Breadalbane. They returned in 1844 to stay at Blair Castle and, in 1847, when they rented Ardverikie House by Loch Laggan. Frequent rain during the latter trip led Sir James Clark, the queen's doctor, to recommend Deeside instead, for its healthier climate.

Sir Robert Gordon died in 1847 and his lease on Balmoral reverted to Lord Aberdeen. In February 1848 an arrangement was made — that Prince Albert would acquire the remaining part of the lease on Balmoral, together with its furniture and staff — without having seen the property first.

The royal couple arrived for their first visit on 8 September 1848 ..."

Prince Albert acquired Balmoral in 1848. From the first time Queen Victoria visited Balmoral on September 8, 1848 until Queen Elizabeth II passed away on the same property on September 8, 2022 it was 888 months to the day.

Chris Reed Prophetic Message

On September 6, 2022 Chris Reed came on Sid Roth’s channel for a live interview in regards to his prophetic word about Liz Truss. He publicly released the word on January 2, 2022. The word said that a woman politician that would be likened to Margaret Thatcher would rise up and replace an existing man. Chris Reed's word was spoken well before anyone knew that Johnson would vacate his post. (Liz Truss word begins at 37 minute mark.)

In July 2022 I wrote about the significance of the Washburn Fires and how it spoke of world leaders being removed. The same day the fire started Boris Johnson resigned from the position of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Other world leaders were removed in the following days and weeks.

The day that the Queen passed away Reed appeared live on Elijah Streams just an hour after the news broke of the Queen's passing. During the broadcast he began to detail another message relating to Truss and the Queen. Truss’ full name is Mary Elizabeth Truss and the Queen’s name is Elizabeth Mary Windsor. Elizabeth of the Bible birthed the forerunner of the Messiah and Mary birthed the Messiah. Reed explained that God is highlighting these names as forerunners rise up who will then reveal the sons of God as stated in Romans 8:19.

New Beginnings

Reed prophesied about the change in UK leadership 9 months before it took place. In other words, the same timeframe for a full term pregnancy. The number 8 symbolizes new things. This United Kingdom new beginnings or new birth message is reinforced with date of the 8th of September.

The royal family's acquisition of Balmore in 1848 and the Queen’s death there 888 months later also highlights this. Additionally, Reed points out that America was birthed out of England. What happens in the UK precludes the destiny of America. For example the Welsh Revival that began in 1904 was the spark that lit the flame of the Asuza Street outpouring in 1906 which shaped the Pentecostal movement in America and throughout the world.

Queen's Mission Completed

Here is another hidden prophetic number message with the two "Elizabeths." From the day that Queen Elizabeth ascended to the throne on February 6, 1952 until her final official act confirming Prime Minister Truss on September 6, 2022 it was exactly 70 years and 7 months. This speaks to the Queen completing her assignment as the number 7 represents completion, perfection and wholeness. She ran the race set before her and now a new Elizabeth is set up to direct the affairs of the United Kingdom.

More shifts and changes are on the horizon. God is signaling to us that the era is changing much like we just shifted from Summer to Fall, there will be other shifts that result in "falls." God removes one king up and sets another one up as stated in Daniel 2:20-22.

20 Daniel answered and said:
“Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, to whom belong wisdom and might.
21 He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding;
22 he reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him."

On March 1, 2022 America's oldest National Park celebrated it's 150th anniversary. A few weeks later Yellowstone experienced a 500 year flood during it's jubilee year. The June 2022 Yellowstone flood was labeled "catastrophic," "unprecedented," "historic," "devastating," "extreme," "a 1 in 500 year event" by news outlets throughout the United States. As we unpack this historic weather event a hidden message unfolds about the cleansing of America.

The flood of the Bible was God's judgement on the iniquitous creation. He cleansed the Earth via the flood and restored humanity through His righteous ones: Noah and his family.

"Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight, and the earth was filled with violence. And God saw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. And God said to Noah, “I have determined to make an end of all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them with the earth." Genesis 6:11-13

Of course, God promised never to destroy the earth via a flood again and the rainbow is our reminder. Yellowstone National Park is a representation of the United States and this flood event speaks to the iniquity of our nation being addressed. In the natural, floods wash and reform the land. The same can be said for what is happening to the spiritual state of our country.

What Really Happened

While I was aware of the flooding in June, I was not especially tuned into the timing or significance while it was happening. Two months later on August 16, 2022, as I scrolled through YouTube a suggested video caught my attention: "What Really Happened During the Yellowstone Park Flood?" That sufficiently piqued my interest.

This clip takes a scientific looks at "what really happened" but we are searching out the prophetic message to find out what really, REALLY happened. The video explains that the magnitude of the rain that fell on June 12, 2022 was unexpected. The volume of precipitation falling on and melting the existing snow resulted in the "unprecedented" flooding. The word "unprecedented" has been used a lot in the last 2 plus years. I have always said that it is an indication that God, Himself, is about to do something unprecedented.

Moses & Mt. Sinai

Time and seasons are very important on God's calendar. After researching, I found out that the Yellowstone flooding started on the 13th of Sivan on the Hebrew or "Biblical" calendar. The following is commentary from the Jewish faith site Chabad.org describing Moses' encounter with God on Mount Sinai on the same date:

"Moses went up to the mountain, and the cloud covered the mountain...for six days. On the seventh day God called to Moses from within the cloud... And Moses came within the cloud, and he went up to the top of the mountain, and Moses was upon the mountain forty days and forty nights" (Exodus 24:15-18). On the morrow of the giving of the Ten Commandments Moses ascended Mount Sinai in order to receive from God the remainder of the Torah -- the remaining commandments and the Oral Law. After being "cleansed" by the cloud for six days, he was ushered into the presence of God on the 13th of Sivan.

The keyword here is "cleansed." Moses was cleansed then entered into the presence or glory of God. Many have prophesied the coming glory of God in our time. We have been expecting a move of the Holy Spirit to cleanse our land. The Yellowstone flood is a prescient reminder of what is about to happen as a spiritual flood covers the Earth. "For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea." Habakkuk 2:14

Noah & Mt. Ararat

On June 16, 2022 it was reported that the Yellowstone River was receding and the Billings River flood warning was cancelled. Back to the Hebrew calendar and we find that the date is the 17th of Sivan. What significant event happened on this day in the Bible? How about the Noah's Ark resting on Mount Ararat?

Chabad.org: Seven months after the beginning of the Great Flood, and 17 days after the waters covering the earth began to subside, the Ark sheltering Noah, his family, and members of all animal species came to rest on the summit of Mount Ararat.

Noah means "rest." The Ark rested on Ararat which means "the curse reversed." After the destructive yet reforming flood, expect rest to come on our nation because the curse has been reversed. What curse you may ask? On June 22, 2022 after 10 days of closure Yellowstone reopened. Two days later Roe v. Wade was reversed. I think that fits.

By the way, June 22 is also the 23rd of Sivan which is the day that Haman's decree to "... kill and annihilate all the Jews—young and old, women and children—on a single day" (Esther 3:13) was essentially "reversed." Mordecai wrote a counteracting decree allowing the Jews to defend themselves from Haman's order that was official law. It is rather interesting that the evil decree of Haman mentioned women and children specifically. The same spirit behind abortion on demand attacking women and children in America was also empowering Haman. 

Here's a reminder of what God says about abortion or child sacrifice:

"The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Say to the people of Israel, Any one of the people of Israel or of the strangers who sojourn in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones. I myself will set my face against that man and will cut him off from among his people, because he has given one of his children to Molech, to make my sanctuary unclean and to profane my holy name. And if the people of the land do at all close their eyes to that man when he gives one of his children to Molech, and do not put him to death, then I will set my face against that man and against his clan and will cut them off from among their people, him and all who follow him in whoring after Molech." Leviticus 20:1-5

America has been suffering from God "turning His face against us" over the past 49 years of Roe v. Wade. But our Father is merciful and longsuffering, hearing the prayers of His people the curse has been reversed! Remember a jubilee year is reset of the land. During Yellowstone's reset year we see a historic flood coinciding with a historic reset of Roe v. Wade ... on it's jubilee year.

Yellowstone Drama

Since 2018 the drama Yellowstone has been a popular tv series on Paramount+. The following is the premise from IMDB.com: Yellowstone follows the Dutton family, led by John Dutton, who controls the largest contiguous ranch in the United States, under constant attack by those it borders - land developers, an Indian reservation, and America's first National Park.

You are probably aware of the border issues America has faced in recent years. Often children have been caught in the middle of the political drama that has taken place over differing policies. Once again the natural speaks of the spiritual. The spiritual borders of America have been broken down and it has been devastating to the most innocent among us -- the unborn children. Good news -- the spiritual borders are being rebuilt!

The flood of 2022 resulted in the banks or "borders" of the rivers in Yellowstone to overrun. Some created new paths of water flow due to landslides. Due to the flood some old roads have been washed away. The banks were not able to contain the power of the river. This reminds us that the River of Life pouring from the Throne of God is uncontainable, as well. Some old pathways the enemy has traversed across our land have been destroyed. Now a highway called the Way of Holiness is being constructed. (Isaiah 35:8) 

Get Ready for Rain

In my previous post, Sound the Alarm, I pointed out the call to repentance in Joel 2. For those who have not, it is time to return to our God who is gracious and merciful. It is time to pursue holiness. In Joel 2:18, it says "the Lord became jealous for his land and had pity on his people." Undoubtedly, He has poured out His mercy on our land. America is definitely His land. We are in covenant with Him and He does not back out of His promises.

Even more Good News:

“Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given the early rain for your vindication; he has poured down for you abundant rain, the early and the latter rain, as before." Joel 2:23

Get ready for an abundance of rain. Get ready for an outpouring. Get ready for the flood.

“But ask the beasts, and they will teach you; the birds of the heavens, and they will tell you; or the bushes of the earth, and they will teach you; and the fish of the sea will declare to you. Who among all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this?" Job 12:7-9

On Saturday morning, August 13, 2022 at the family farm I walked up to the cabin for what I expected to be quiet time. The day before had been very peaceful but nature had a different agenda this morning.  Not long after I sat down on the porch some cattle across the valley started lowing loudly for several minutes. They sounded like they were in distress and I assumed that the farmer may have been moving them. While I listened, I noted that the noise they made sounded like an alarm. A few minutes later a bird in a maple tree next to me began making a noise that sounded exactly like a security alarm. Even while I was writing this, Rex the Great Pyrenees guard dog started a warning bark to a group of deer in a nearby pasture.

All of these "alarm" noises reminded me of the phrase “sound the alarm” from Joel 2:1:

“Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming; it is near…” 

Mind you I'm literally sitting on Peter's Mountain while this is happening. Think of Jesus telling Peter about the Rock that He is building his church on. It's the revelation that hell cannot overcome what God is doing. Joel 2 begins by detailing how God's army is destroying the works of the enemy.

I began reading through the entire chapter when Joel 2:21-22 struck me profoundly. Notice the relevance of Joel 2:22 to the exact thing I was experiencing in the year 2022: 

21“Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the LORD has done great things! 22 Fear not, you beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness are green; the tree bears its fruit; the fig tree and vine give their full yield. (emphasis mine)

Since I was looking across the green pastures and sitting beside an apple tree this verse could not be any more relevant in the moment:

After reading it once I went back and reread it out loud and when I said “the tree bears it’s fruit” I turned and pointed at the apple tree a few feet away and saw a doe eating apples: 

Fear not beasts of the field! The day before the same doe came to eat apples while I prayed. This morning she was even closer. Yesterday, Holy Spirit reminded me the deer only had to show up and eat the apples the Father was providing. He even designed them to fall off for easier access for His creation. No need to worry God is taking care of us.

Joel 2:22 is reminding us during a time of "darkness and gloom" there is provision even for the beasts. Jesus in Matthew 6 reminds of this truth, as well:

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? 28 And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, 29 yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31 Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. 34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

Romans 8:22 (By the way it is 8/2022) says, "We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time." Creation groaned an alarm in the natural on August 13, 2022. I will also bring to your attention that 13 often will represent rebellion in the Bible. God is announcing and sounding an alarm that He is dealing with the rebellion in the land and the principalities of the air. The cows lowing represents the land and the bird's call represents the power of the air.

I believe we are entering a tumultuous time of war especially for the enemies of the Lord as described in Joel 2:1-11. Verses 12-17 implore us to return to the Lord with fasting, weeping and mourning. Now is the time to assess our relationship with the Lord and insure our hearts are in right standing with Him. The remainder of the chapter details how God will provide abundantly. Joel proceeds to describe many good things that will be taking place. Verse 23 says to be glad O children of Zion and rejoice in the Lord your God. The chapter speaks of restoration, plenty, satisfaction and God’s Spirit being poured out. In God’s time cycles, we are entering into a Joel 2 season on the Earth. The trumpet is about to blow so sound the alarm!

On July 13 God spoke to me about being consecrated to him. I looked up the first mention of “consecrate” in Bible. Interestingly, it’s found in the 13th chapter of Exodus. July 13 -- Exodus 13 ... signs, signs everywhere signs.

The Lord said to Moses, “Consecrate to me all the firstborn. Whatever is the first to open the womb among the people of Israel, both of man and of beast, is mine.” Exodus‬ ‭13:1-2‬ ‭ESV‬‬

This resonates because I’m a first born of my parent’s marriage. I wrote down what I felt the Father was saying to me.

“Consecrate yourself. It is time to be set apart for My purposes. This has been determined for you before time. Will you answer my call? Forsake that which defiles you and come away with Me. Be purified in My presence. The blood of My Son has made a way for your entrance into divine destiny and purpose. Turn and walk away from your fleshly desires, My son.

You volunteered for this. Agree with yourself and Me to step into everything we agreed on. The power of agreement results in multiplication— a force multiplier. Your authority in the Spirit in combination with agreeing believers brings about 10x results.”

Fast forward 8 days to July 21 and I was watching Christa Elisha speak about a recent vision she had. It was getting late so I got up to turn off the TV and go to bed. As I stood up Christa said, “I believe many in the church … God is consecrating you to come out of the lust of your flesh.”

That stopped me in my tracks and I listened intently as she called out what the Lord has spoken to me the week before. Over the next 4 or 5 minutes she prophesied into this message and ended by saying that if you felt the Holy Spirit on this that she is calling a 40 day fast.

I knew this was for me. I checked my phone and the time was exactly 10:40 PM. In other words 10-4 as in I understand about  the 40 day fast. Turns out the 40 day fast from the first day 7/22/22 will end on the last day of August.

I’m fasting media, entertainment soda/energy drinks and most significantly … sugar. I’m addicted to sugar. :l
