On December 18, 2020 I awoke and looked at the time. It was 5:23. Immediately I thought of Luke 5:23 and then I felt I was to read verses 18-23.
“And behold, some men were bringing on a bed a man who was paralyzed, and they were seeking to bring him in and lay him before Jesus, but finding no way to bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and let him down with his bed through the tiles into the midst before Jesus. And when he saw their faith, he said, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.” And the scribes and the Pharisees began to question, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” When Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answered them, “Why do you question in your hearts? Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’?”

President Trump is the lame man or lame duck president and the remnant Church is carrying him to the feet of Jesus. The crowd is those that come to hear or see what Jesus is saying but are not actively engaging their faith to see the miraculous. The praying church has gone “above and beyond” and God sees our faith. He has forgiven Trumps sins. Fake News and religious spirit is aghast. Jesus is proving His point and Trump will rise and walk in the office of authority for a second term.
The same morning after waking up I saw a "flash vision" of a Fiat driving on stairs. I saw it from the rear. Then “executive fiat” came to mind.
Fiat is a legally binding command or decision entered on the court record (as if issued by a court or judge)
This explanation is from vocabulary.com:
“From the Latin for "let it be done," the word fiat is a binding edict issued by a person in command. It can gain an almost Biblical aura of authority…”
God is the judge and He has all ready ruled in an unusual manner. We are about to witness a let it be done on earth as it is in heaven moment. It’s not how things normally are done. It is an unconventional court of heaven edict. The highest court is taking us from one level and bringing us to the next level.
