“Pour out My Spirit on all flesh” is not just a nice sentiment or often quoted verse. It is My promise that is fulfilled, being fulfilled and will be fulfilled. I am yesterday, today and forever and so is My word.

I do not make empty promises. There is nothing more sure than My word. Stand in and on it with absolute confidence. Do not waiver. Doubt the doubts and consider it done. In Me it has already happened.

Heaven rejoices in what I did, am doing and will d. Follow My lead. I have not changed My mind. My purposes go forth. See the salvation of the Lord.
